Description

Cellulose acetate is used as the membrane material inside the syringe filter. The hydrophilic CA membrane is suitable for the filtration of water-soluble oligomers and polymers, especially for biological macromolecules with very high dimensional stability in aqueous solutions. Extremely low binding capacity for proteins. All CHROMAFIL filters are autoclavable (121 °C and 1.1 bar for 30 min)! Note – Also available in sterile packaging (S) for filtration under sterile conditions (each filter is color-coded and individually sealed).
