Hydrophobic C18 phase with pronounced polar selectivity for improved retention of early eluting substances. This HPLC phase consists of silica gel particles of core-shell technology and shows excellent performance under highly aqueous conditions. Due to the low blood level, these columns are suitable for LC/MS. This stationary phase is used for demanding analytical separations, especially for polar compounds.
