Fluorescent indicators for TLC, UV254, green fluorescence

Description

UV indicator with efficient radiation for short-wave UV ranges. UV254 – manganese activated zinc silicate with absorption maximum at 254 nm (green fluorescence). Relatively susceptible towards acids, thus its fluorescence can be completely quenched by acidic solvents.
