Hydrophobic C18 phase with pronounced polar selectivity for improved retention of early eluting substances. This HPLC phase consists of high-purity NUCLEODUR HPLC silica gel and shows excellent performance under highly aqueous conditions. Due to their low-bleeding properties, these columns are suitable for LC/MS. This stationary phase is used for demanding analytical separations, especially for polar compounds.
