Description

This hydrophobic phase is based on silica gel particles from Core Shell technology and is modified with phenylhexyl. This RP phase offers an alternative selectivity compared to classical C18 modification. The separation principle is based on two retention mechanisms – π-π and hydrophobic interactions. Due to the low blood content, this UHPLC/HPLC phase is suitable for LC/MS.
