Description

FIA silica gel for the fluorescence indicator adsorption method for determining the content of hydrocarbon groups when testing liquid fuels in accordance with DIN 51791 and ASTM D 1319-58T. In the FIA method, the saturated hydrocarbons, olefins and aromatics of a sample are determined chromatographically in a column filled with FIA silica gel by adsorption and desorption in the presence of a fluorescent dye mixture.
