For the simultaneous preparation of 96 samples – high-throughput SPE. Silica gel modified with quaternary amines, strongly basic anion exchanger (SAX). Capacity ~ 0.3 meq/g. Not suitable for very strong anions such as sulphonic acids, as these are difficult to elute.
